Welcome to the new online home of Mansfield University Baseball Camps and Clinics. Below and along the left menu you will find links to every camp and clinic the Mountaineers offer throughout the year, as well as tournaments and showcases and general information about the camping experience.

Each clinic link has been updated to include a registration form for that particular clinic which can either be filled out online, or can be printed and mailed in.

Under each link you will find all necessary information such as camp dates and times and registration fees for each session.

Winter Camps

Christmas Clinics

- December 2008

- Ages 7-18

- Featuring Pitching & Elite Defensive Skills, Hitting, and Mini-Camps

Winter Hitting Clinics

- February 1, 8. 15, 22 2009

- Ages 5-18

- $35 per player

- Featuring three hours of instruction, cage hitting, tee work, and the latest in training aids & techniques

Winter Pitching and Catching Clinics

- February 8, 2009

- $35 per player

- Ages 5-18

- Pitching clinic features three hours of instruction, indoor mound work, drills, and video analysis

- Catching clinic features three hours of instruction, drills for framing, blocking and the latest techniques

Preseason Skills and Little League Day (Coaches Encouraged)

- February 15, 2009

- $20 per player -- $5 per coach

- Ages 6-14

- Features an in-depth approach to learning the fundamentals of the game for the younger ages, and honing those skills for the older kids.

- Coaching clinic features local area coaches, Mansfield University staff, and the entire MU baseball team and is geared towards helping little league coaches learn techniques and approaches to coaching.

2009 Summer Camps and Clinics

Mountaineer Day Camp

- June 8 - 11, 9am - 3pm

- $105 per camper

- Ages 7-18

- Features four days of intensified instruction in all aspects of the game and includes an all you can eat lunch every day and a recreational swimming session each day.

Future Mountie Baseball Camp

- June 8 - 11, 9am - noon

- $55 per camper

- Ages 5-8

- Featuring an instructional camp covering all phases of the game for children in t-ball or just starting to play.

Summer Hitting, Pitching, Catching Elite Specialty Camps (weekend)

- July 17 - 19

- $180 per camper -- $115 per commuter

- Ages 8-18

- Features intensified instruction in specialty of each player's choice and games played Saturday night.

Father and Son Weekend

- July 17 - 19

- $305 per father and son -- $130 each additional son -- $100 per person per commuters

- Ages 8-14 only

- Features father and son working together on drills and techniques and a special session for the fathers to learn the latest drills and techniques to work with their sons... highlights include the annual cookout, swimming, and the highlight event of the weekend - the Father/Son game.

Summer Individual Week Camp (Overnight)

- July 19 - 23

- $270 per camper -- $155 - $205 for commuters

- Ages 8-18

- Features daily guest lectures, individual attention, game experience, and swimming every day
